Wind up and down. Well powered on 5.3 and Techno, but the chop was not much fun on the big board so changed to Max 2 Air. This was good for a while, but then the wind dropped off so I practised front to sail and tacking.

Water much colder than it was in Ireland 2 weeks ago. Shoes / boots are going to be essential at Blithfield now.
